What happens in Vegas.....

Comes right home with me, of course! I had such a blast at my conference! (Except the being sick part!) I'm always so motivated and inspired at WPPI. Especially this year! We went out on a couple of photoshoots while we were there, and It was such a great learning tool! I bought some new equiptment, and I'm excited to get familiar with it! I made some great new friends, so anyone looking for some awesome talent up North, I have some great referals! I could go on and on, but..... I want to share some of my favorites! Check back, because I will keep posting throughout the week!

PS. Did I mention how much I LOVE a redhead!!!

Hi, thanks for coming!

Have you ever met someone that you were just unexplainably drawn to? Three weeks ago I met a photographer that changed my life, my whole way of thinking, and certainly the way I will approach every photo I create from now on. He was so genuine, like he didn't have any of the social walls that we put up as adults. He didn't have judgement in his eyes. And he treated me, in a sea of thousands of people, like I was the only person he cared about. And it touched me more deeply than anything has in a long time. I decided right then and there that I could never be the same. I would never be satisfied with "cheese" smile again. I care about people too much. I care about relationships too much. So my new goal as a photographer is to draw you out. The real you. The you without the walls that you put up for the rest of the world. Because the real you is beautiful! Whatever shape, size, color. People love the real you. I want to know you too! And I want to photograph the real you!
